Terms And Conditions

Reservations done through Before Travel constitute full knowledge and acceptance of all terms and conditions on issue of deposit or payment received by Before Travel towards a confirmed travel package or service.

Each traveller must have a valid passport with at least 6 months minimum validity before it expires. The traveller is responsible for obtaining information about entry requirements and visas for the countries to which they are traveling.

Before Travel provides only travel insurance which covers accidents or incidents during your stay in Turkey. Passengers are advised to obtain their own travel insurance for health or baggage loss

Tips to guides, drivers, hotel staff etc. are not included in package costs and are at your own discretion. Additional taxes, security charges or any other fees collected by governments, airports, airlines and other entities are not included unless specifically listed as included features.

The following is a list of some major items not included in the rates: -Room service charges, items not on portions of menus reserved for Before Travel passengers, laundry, beverages, alcoholic and otherwise, items of a personal nature, airport departure taxes and any other items not specifically listing in the package rate includes section.

A 30% booking deposit is required on confirmation to keep all services as reserved and confirmed. The final 70% balance arrival of Istanbul or Cappadocia TURKEY. Credit cards are accepted, VISA and MASTERCARD.

Reservations may only be cancelled by written notice sent by email or certified mail to Before Travel. If such written notice is received before arrival date / travel start date, Before Travel will accept such cancellation in these conditions :

For any reason of cancellation 10 % non-refund from total amount

-30 to 15 days prior arrival, 25% non-refund from total amount

-15 days to 7 days arrival, 50% non-refund from total amount

-less than 7 days or no-show , no refund is provided.
