SOĞANLI VALLEYS
The track of Cappadocia between the Soğanlı Valleys and Urgup was once thought to be off the beaten path. Although the sights are now well-marked, and guided tours are frequently offered, it is still often blissfully uncrowded and remains almost entirely uncommercialized.
